2017 Holiday Gift Guide
At a young age, I was taught to celebrate "the real reason for the season." Christmas isn't about the gifts you give or the ones you hope to receive -- it's about the intangible moments you can't place a gift tag on. Reuniting with loved ones around the tree is far more important than the beautifully wrapped boxes beneath it. But, who doesn't love presents?! I think there is something to be said about spreading joy with the perfect gift.
Despite the mall madness, Christmas shopping shouldn't feel like a chore. There are special people in our lives who are worth the ridiculously long lines, packed parking lots and understaffed stores.
So rarely during the year do I shop for someone other than myself. When the holiday season finally approaches, I eagerly shift my focus to friends and family. Even though my intentions are good, shopping for others can be tricky. Sometimes, it feels as though I wander every aisle of every store in search of the gift.
To make your Christmas shopping a little less stressful, I've put together this Holiday Gift Guide based on the different types of friends you may have on your Nice List this year. With the exception of a few splurge items, the gifts in this guide are more meaningful than they are pricey. I think you'll find many of these options could bring a genuine smile to a friend's face on Christmas morning.
